This writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 3/1/2023 passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A (2)/3243/2022 and consequently, direct the first respondent to allow the petitioner as a President of Nandhimangalam Village Panchayat by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 1/2/2023.
2. Heard Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. She submitted that even though impugned order has been passed on 3/1/2023, they have not implemented the same. She further submitted that they will withdraw the order, dated 3/1/2023 and assured that they will issue fresh order.
