This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring the 3rd respondent on record as the legal representative of the deceased 2nd respondent and rank him as the 3rd respondent and appellants 1 and 2 as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent in the above A.S.No.58 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Notice to the proposed respondent K.Sundarajan is served. Despite the receipt of notice and the name having been printed in the cause list, the proposed respondent neither appeared nor entered appearance through his counsel.

4. Accepting the averments made by the petitioner in the affidavit enclosed with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 04.06.2026 nvi Note: The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the Memorandum of Appeal accordingly.
