1. Pursuant to the order dated 18.12.2017, we are told that the petitioner's daughter, Ms.S.Nila, appeared before the Medical Board.

2.The Medical Board had recommended Ms.S.Nila, admission, which she refused.

3.Given these circumstances, the counsel for the petitioner, says that he has instructions not to press the petition.
