ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Muralidharan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Sivavarthanan, learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to direct the respondents to immediately stop further and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

all works which are being done in her property situated at Ponneri Taluk, Kadappkkam Village, Survey No.1B/1, Patta No.66 measuring an extent of 21 cents.

3. The allegation made by the petitioner is against the second respondent, who is the contractor of the first respondent, viz., Tami Nadu Road Development Company Limited, which is a consultant to National Highways Authority of India.

When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that appropriate instruction will be given to the second respondent-contractor not to interfere with the petitioner's property and also not to effect any construction in her patta land.

5. The said undertaking given by the first respondent is placed on record.

6. Accordingly, recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
