ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2023 and 23.09.2023 for cancellation of patta issued to the respondents 6 and 7.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the property originally purchased by Munusamy in the year 1983, further in the year 1986, a false document has been created as Munusamy has sold the same to the third party. Based on that sale deed, patta has been issued in favour of the respondents 6 and 7. The petitioner has sent a representation which is pending without consideration, hence seeks a direction.

3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. It is relevant to note that such allegations of false document has been made only after the death of petitioner's father. Whether any such false document executed has to be established in the manner known to law. When the property has been transferred in the year 1986, based on which third party names have already been executed, at this stage, mere giving representation to consider the case of the writ petitioner will not serve any purpose. It is for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court seeking appropriate relief.
