2. The learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the authorities have already taken possession of the property and nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
