Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 6.1.2015, made by the petitioner to correct the entry made in the revenue records pertaining to the property situated in Survey No.87/1 at No.19, Pudupakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kanchipuram District and hand over the same to the village Panchayat.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner, who is the President of Puduppakkam First Grade Panchayat, submitted a representation dated 6.1.2015, stating https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
among other things, that in respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of 2 acres and 26 cents in Survey No.87/1 at No.19, Puduppakkam Village, which is classified as "Anadheenam", no assignment can be made in favour of an individual and pointing out the said infirmity, he requested the authorities to take action and hand over the said land to the Panchayat and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents. 4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 6.1.
2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
