This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court on 09.10.2015 in Crl.OP.No.25251 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.1378 of 2015 and the same has been closed on 09.05.2016. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
