This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.G.Sakthivel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It appears that the petitioner has sent the complaint by post. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 12.06.2015 to the concerned jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
