ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from transferring the petitioner's service to the fourth respondent private sector, by considering the representations, dated 07.03.2015 and 24.03.2015.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted the first respondent has already considered the said representations of the petitioner, and rejected the same, by passing order on 01.07.2015. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 has also produced a copy of the order on the said rejection for a perusal of this Court and the copy of the same has also been served on the petitioner. Since, already the said representations were considered and rejected, nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, which is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order of rejection, if he so desires. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
