Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere with the Civil dispute in respect of property purchased from Court auction in I.P.No.4 of 1985 before Hon'ble Sub-Court, Tindivanam, consequently direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with the Civil dispute.

This Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere with the Civil dispute in respect of property purchased from Court auction in I.P.No.4 of 1985 before Hon'ble Sub-Court, Tindivanam, consequently direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with the Civil dispute.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.476 of 2017 and the same has been closed on the file of the 1st respondent on 15.02.2018.

3. It is seen that there is a civil dispute for which a case in Crime No.476 of 2017 was registered, and the same has been closed after conducting enquiry. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
