3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in X Cr.No.558 of 2010 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.5020 of 2011 before the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
