When the matter is called, Mr.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 and R2 and Mr.S.Ramachandran, learned counsel accepts notice for R3.

2. Mr.Sajeev Kumar, on instructions, states that the prayer of the petitioner is infructuous as on date, since representations dated 02.12.2022 and 28.12.2022, which the petitioner seeks consideration of, have already been the subject matter of consideration, culminating in order dated 09.02.2023 duly served upon the petitioner.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
