Petition under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 70/71 to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court for disobeying the order dated 21.01.2013 passed in W.P. No. 38891 of 2006.

Though the petitioner has filed an additional affidavit stating that he will not use the Higher Secondary Course Certificate submitted by him for Teacher Training Programme for his career advancement, in the prayer column, he has sought issuance of original certificates, namely, X https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Mark Sheet, Plus Two Mark Sheet, Community Certificate,

Nativity Certificate and Teacher Training Certificate. It is found by the authorities that Plus Two Mark Sheet is a bogus mark sheet and therefore, the resultant Teacher Training Certificate cannot be issued to the petitioner. Therefore, Plus Two Mark Sheet and Teacher Training Certificate cannot be returned to the petitioner. 2.

Today, when the matter is called, Mrs.P. Kavitha, learned Govt. Advocate for the respondents returned X Mark Sheet, Community Certificate and Nativity Certificate to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary. It is made clear that the petitioner, in future, should not claim that he has passed Plus Two Examination or Teacher Training Examination for any purpose. The contempt petition is closed.
