ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 194 of the BNSS Act altered under Section 108 and 56 of the BNS Act in Crime No. 33 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant is the wife of the deceased; that the deceased had agreed to execute a sale deed in respect of the property to one Ramiya; that thereafter, he could not execute the sale deed; that the said Ramiya had taken the deceased for negotiation saying that the negotiation would be had at the police station; that thereafter, he took the deceased to the petitioners; that after the deceased met the petitioners and the said Ramaiya, he came back and committed suicide.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and in any case, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 4.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that case has been registered under Section 194 of the BNSS and the offences have not been altered so far.

In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct an enquiry and complete the same, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
