O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant permission to Shop No.11018, Ranipet, Vellore District.

2. When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited payer sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
