By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner submitted a representation dated 9.4.2015, to the first respondent stating among other things, that his family members totalling 20, jointly executed a Memorandum of Family Arrangement by recording oral partition, on 6.12.2011, at Madhuranthagam, Kanchipuram District and it was presented for registration before the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar of Madhuranthagam on that date, and it was also admitted for registration and the signature and finger prints were obtained and necessary fees have also been paid and thereafter, no response is forthcoming and hence, he came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Since no ackowledgement for having submitted the representation to the first respondent is available, the petitioner is at liberty to submit one more representation to the second respondent by enclosing a copy of his earlier representation dated 9.4.2015, along with a copy of the order passed in this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider it and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
