ORDER

The above petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of I.D.O.P.No.12 of 2022 filed by the husband seeking divorce on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore to the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with I.D.O.P.No.380 of 2022 filed by the wife seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

2. The petitioner would submit that she is working in Veltech High Tec Dr.Rangarajan Dr.Sakunthala Engineering College. The petitioner would state that she has to travel 145 Kms and it is extremely difficult for her to attend every hearing at the Principal District Court, Vellore.

Considering the fact that the petitioner wife is residing at Chennai and also taking into account the fact that the petition filed by the petitioner is pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, I.D.O.P.No.12 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with I.D.O.P.No.380 of 2022.

Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
