This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without due process of law and handover the two wheeler of the petitioner immediately. 1/4
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is a suspected accused in Crime No.117 of 2024. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that notice u/s.41-A Cr.P.C. will be issued to the petitioner.
3. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the second respondent.
