ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Arani dated 14.09.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.3789 of 2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a petition in Cr.M.P.No.3789 of 2018 U/s.156(3) r/w 190(1)(a) of Criminal Procedure Code on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Arni. The said petition was allowed and the learned Judicial Magistrate ordered that a copy of petition, affidavit, complaint along with order to be forwarded to the respondent police for registering FIR and investigation. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the present petition to register the second complaint lodged by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In the light of the above, the respondent is hereby directed to register a case on the second complaint lodged by the petitioner as per the order dated 14.09.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arni in Cr.M.P.No.3789 of 2018. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
