By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that every year, he is conducting stage programme in connection with the temple festival of Arulmigu Mariammal Temple at Pottanam, and for this year also, he intends to conduct the same and in this regard, submitted a representation dated 20.4.2015, and though it was acknowledged, no response is forthcoming and hence, he came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The Court heard the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, who, on instructions, would submit that at the time of conducting the festival, there will not be any law and order problem and no vulgarity or obscenity would be there and hence, there is no impediment on the part of the third respondent to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner. 4.The Court heard the submission of Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondent, also.

5.This Court, without going into the merits of the application/representation dated 20.4.2015, submitted by the petitioner, directs the third respondent to consider the same in accordance with law, and pass orders on or before 8.5.2015, and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
