(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the interim order dated 03.03.2023 passed by the learned Judge in W.P.No.6792 of 2023, the appellants/Puducherry Road Transport Corporation have preferred this writ appeal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants fairly submitted that the appellants are inclined to withdraw this writ appeal, with liberty to file an application seeking 2/4

modification of the order impugned herein before the learned Judge. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle, to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellants, liberty is granted and this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
