PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to issue a direction to the fourth respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued by the XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in S.T.C. No.2511 of 2023, dated 02.04.2025 against the first to third respondents within a stipulated time. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent Police to execute the Bailable Warrant dated 02.04.2025 issued in S.T.C. No.2511 of 2023 by the learned XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, against the respondents 1 to 3. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the fourth respondent Police submitted that the fourth respondent Police will be able to execute the warrant within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the fourth respondent Police to execute the Bailable Warrant dated 02.04.2025 issued in S.T.C. No.2511 of 2023 by the learned XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore,

Chennai, against the respondents 1 to 3, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
