ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant

dated 19.12.2025 issued in S.T.C. No. 6281 of 2024 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level-I, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai, against the first respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent Police submitted that the second respondent Police will be able to execute the warrant within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the second respondent Police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 19.12.2025 issued in S.T.C. No. 6281 of 2024 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level-I, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai, against the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
