By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that her husband M.Krishnan was in possession and enjoyment of the house site in Old Survey No.136, New Survey No.301/4, admeasuring to an extent of 2865 square feet, in Parivakkam Village, Poonamallee Taluk, and during Natham Settlement, a patta was granted on 30.12.1994, in respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of 220 square meters, and the land admeasuring 123.3 x 3 square feet had been left out, though the petitioner claims that she is in occupation of the same. In this regard, she submitted a representation to the second respondent to include the said portion and carry out necessary corrections in the patta and since she has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents 1 and 2. 4.This Court, without going into the merits of the application/representation submitted by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider the application/representation dated 13.4.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the respondents 3 to 5, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 3 to 5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
