Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing to consider the petitioner's father's representation dated 5.4.2017 and further direct the 1st respondent to issue the Eligibility Certificate and register the petitioner's name in the first responden's University for BDS course for the academic year 2016-2017 and issue the other necessary certificates/approvals for completion of BDS course.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect:- "The 1st respondent has issued eligibility certificate to the petitioner she has completed 1st year course. Therefore the writ become infructuous and may be dismissed as withdrawn."

2. In view of the representation and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
