This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 25.05.2015 made by the petitioner to the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent have closed the petition enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.05.2015 on 28.06.2015 with the direction to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint to the Central Crime Branch, Chennai.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh complaint to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Central Crime Branch, Chennai and on such complaint being filed, the same shall be considered by the Central Crime Branch, Chennai in accordance with law.
