After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows: TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The petitioner and the respondent are present. 2. It is represented by the learned counsels as well as the parties that the entire money covered by the cheque amount has been deposited before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Udhagamandalam.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Revision may be closed. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam is directed to permit withdrawal of the amount deposited in S.T.C.988 of 2014 by the Jalendran-respondent on receipt of this order on the application filed by the respondent.
