ORDER

This Court, by order dated 13.02.2014 in W.P.No.4070 of 2014, has disposed of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent to consider the representation, dated 04.02.2014 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the said order has not been complied with, the petitioner has filed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ present Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has considered the said representation and passed orders on 24.02.2015, rejecting the representation of the petitioner. Since the order of this Court had been complied with, nothing survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the said order of the respondent, dated 24.02.2015, she is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
