Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent release the sale deed bearing Document No.313 of 2020, dated 17.02.2020 executed by the petitioner to and in favour of Mr.Manivel, without insisting the parent documents viz., 02.09.1975 and 03.01.1986. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to release the sale deed executed by the petitioner without insisting for the parent documents. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the document has been registered as Document No.313/2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent and it is readily available to be given to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above development, the petitioner is directed to approach the 3rd respondent and receive the registered sale deed.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
