This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.8565 of 2014 dated 10.04.2014.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that pursuant to filing of final report in keeping with the orders of this court, the case is now pending trial in

C.C.No.199/2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, VII, Coimbatore for offences under Section 120(b), 420 IPC. 3.Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet stands filed. This Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
