Instant petition has been filed inter alia under Rule 2B of the Rules of this Court to regulate the proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in this Court.

2. There are two writ petitioners and this Court is informed that the two writ petitioners are brothers and they are joint owners of the property namely, Hotel Vaithee Park, No.6/1, Ruckmani Nagar 2nd Street, Poonamallee - 600 056, which is the subject matter of instant writ petition. It is also submitted that they are challenging the same order passed by the second respondent. It is submitted that their source of right is common and their grievance is also common.

3. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that separate Court fee has been paid by two writ petitioners.

4. In the light of the aforesaid narrative, instant WMP is ordered as prayed for.
