Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Aruldoss, the learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondent.
2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 17.08.2019.
3. Mr.A.Aruldoss, the learned Government Advocate, has produced a written copy of the notice dated 06.03.2020, by which, the respondent has fixed the hearing on 17.03.2020 at 3.00 p.m.
4. In the light of the same, there will be a direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned, within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of conclusion of the enquiry.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
