Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners/A1-A4 shall appear before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.1944/2022, on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.GOWTHAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1944 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the prosecution has not yet completed the investigation.
