C.M.P.No.5663 of 2023 in AS.No.482 of 2017 P.T. ASHA, J, The petition is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents as the legal heir of deceased respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 4 in the above A.S.No.482 of 2018.

2. Learned Counsel Mr.S.N.Ravichandran undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent and that he has no objection to the petition being ordered.

The petition is accordingly ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
