The present Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant an order of interim stay of operation of the impugned order dated 14.02.2025 passed by the first respondent.

2. Since the petitioner participated in 7A proceedings, the Original Authority, after hearing the petitioner and the counterpart, has already passed the order jointly and severally. Without challenging that order, the consequential proceeding is challenged by the petitioner.
