ORDER

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the complaint dated 10.02.2015 with C.No.331/COP/VISITORS/2015 given to the first respondent police and the same was forwarded to second respondent police for taking action at the earliest point of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, P. Kritika Kamal, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.02.2015, regular FIR has been registered in Crime No.67/2016 on 29.01.2016, by the Inspector of Police, Crime Branch, K8 Arumbakkam Police Station for offences under Section 420, 294(b) and 506 (i) IPC.
