WMP No.9264 of 2023 and WP No.28491 of 2018 M.DHANDAPANI., J This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on the record the proposed respondents as the legal heir of deceased 5th respondent and rank of the respondents 6th to 8th in the above said writ petition.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and accordingly, this impleading petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in cause-title and post the main writ petition on 10.04.2023. In the meantime, the petitioner is permitted to serve notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 10.04.2023.
