This writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 19/8/2019, passed by the first respondent, in Na.Ka.No.380/2014/A4 and direct the first respondent to revise the enhanced rent in the manner known to law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.
