CMP Nos.5675, 5677 & 5679 of 2020 in Cross Objection No.188 of 2011 in A.S. No.326 of 2011 P.T.ASHA, J The above applications have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 2683 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole respondent Ramasamy in the above Cross Objection; (ii) to set aside the abatement of the above Cross Objection due to the death of the deceased sole respondent Ramasamy and (iii) to bring respondents 2 to 7 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent Ramasamy, by ranking them as the respondents 2 to 7 in the above Cross Objection.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents no objection to these applications being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and accordingly, these applications are ordered.
