This Miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1237 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent in the above appeal.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly, the delay is condoned and this Petition is ordered.
