O R D E R

The petitioner sought for issuance of a direction to pay her B.T. Assistant Scale from 11.07.2002 to 27.03.2003 based on her representation.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that now the petitioner's request was rejected and the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order declining the petitioner's request. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order declining her request. No costs.
