This Petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 8 to 10 herein as legal representatives of the deceased second respondent and array them as proposed respondents 8 to 10 in the Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Petition is allowed.

3. Office is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition and in the Second appeal.
