Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure and fix boundary stones to the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.14/5 as per the order dated 24.05.1982 issued by the Additional Collector, Salem District and in respect of the land comprised in Old Patta no.1048 and New patta no.330 situated at Navalur Village, Previously Attur Taluk, now Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District, by passing orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2020. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure and fix boundary stones to the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.14/5 as per the proceedings dated 24.05.1982 issued by the Additional District Collector, Salem District and also in respect of the land comprised in Old Patta no.1048 and New patta no.330 situated at Navalur Village, Previously Attur Taluk, now Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2020. 2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the first respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the Tamilnadu State Legislative Assembly-2021) from 21.05.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
