O R D E R

With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2025 consequently conduct an enquiry and provide police protection to prevent any Law and Order problem during the Muppoojai Thavam to be held on 20.05.2025 at Periyandichi Amman Pathikovil located at Thulasampatti, T.Maramangalam Village, Chettikuttipallam of Omalur Taluk, Salem District due to the action of the 4th respondent.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without

expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first to third respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 08.02.2025 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
