The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent herein for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.03.2018 in W.P.No.7122/2018. 2.

When the matter was called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent contemnor jointly submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with.
