These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant, to bring on record the petitioner herein as the legal heir of the deceased sole appellant and to recognize Rober Clyive as power agent of the petitioner.

2. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered.
