ORDER

These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to (i) To condone the delay of 1995 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 6 th respondent in S.A.No.807 of 2014.

(ii) To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 6 th respondent in S.A.No.807 of 2014.

(iii) To bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 6 th respondent as proposed respondents 15 to 17 in S.A.No.807 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
