The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Cr.No.264 of 2017 on the file of first respondent and quash the same.
2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant/second respondent and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.
3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners 1 and 2 have submitted the photo copies of their respective Aadhar Cards viz., 1. K.Udayaprakash - 4001 9531 6283, 2.Malathy Udayaprakash - 8768 4428 9554 and the second respondent has also produced a copy of the PAN Card and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.
4. The second respondent as well as the petitioners are personally present before this Court and also have been identified by the first respondent police. Today, an affidavit dated 09.10.2017 is also filed by the second respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection to quash the case in Crime No.264 of 2017, pending on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the file of the first respondent police. Affidavit filed by the defacto complainant shall form part of the order.
5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No.264 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
