Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2/3/2020 to prevent the Bull-Race "Manjuvirattu" at Kalpudur, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District by the fifth and sixth respondents until their amicable solution.

[Order of this Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J] Petitioner has come before this Court to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2/3/2020 to prevent the Bull-Race "Manjuvirattu" at Kalpudur, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District by the fifth and sixth respondents.

2. Heard Mr.C.Chokkalingam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.S.Sivashanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Mr.P.S.Sivashanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that vide order, dated 2/3/2020, the District Collector, Vellore has granted permission to other group.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
